242x62 gyuto damascus san mai

San mai damascus I forged with high tungsten carbon steel core, and semi-hard cladding in iron/nickel spring steel. The cladding is forged as a lowlayer twist damascus.

This knife have a flaw in one of the forgewelded layers, there was a bubble that I have ground down to it's bottom, so there's a divot and black marks there. This is mostly a aesthetic flaw imo, and cause for the reduced price. Can be seen on the second picture towards the tip section of the blade.
