A little heavier and wider gyuto, with good figured all masur birch handle.
~210 g, balanced 5 cm out on the blade from heel. Thin grind on a thick/moderately tapered blade. See choil shot, almost "hamaguri" grind but very thin edge.
Stainless steel at 63-64 hrc.
